You can email us at contact@star-sailors.wiki. We read every message, though as a small, independently run fan project we can't promise a fast turnaround, and we don't offer live chat or phone support.

This wiki is an unofficial, fan-made reference for Star Sailors, the mobile RPG from Panana Studio and Com2uS Holdings. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to either company, and messages sent to us do not reach them.

What we want to hear about

Corrections are especially welcome. If you've spotted a factual error, an outdated detail, or a claim that doesn't match an official source, tell us what's wrong and, if you have one, where you saw the accurate version. Every specific claim on this wiki is meant to trace back to an official source or clearly labeled press coverage, and we'd rather fix a mistake quickly than leave it up.

Source tips are also useful: links to new official statements, store-listing updates, official social posts, or credible press coverage about Star Sailors that we may have missed. We evaluate anything sent in before adding it, and we won't publish a tip as settled fact without being able to trace it back to a real source.

If you're contacting us on behalf of Panana Studio or Com2uS Holdings — for example, to share official assets, correct something directly, or flag a concern about how the game is represented here — please say so in your message and include a way for us to verify it.

This is not an official support channel

We can't help with account recovery, billing or purchase disputes, refunds, bugs, bans, or any other in-game support issue — we have no access to Star Sailors' backend, your account, or Panana Studio/Com2uS Holdings' support systems, and we won't be able to resolve those problems for you.

For purchase or billing issues, contact Apple or Google support directly through the store you bought from (the App Store or Google Play), since that's who processed the transaction. For account, gameplay, or general support questions, use the official channels linked from Star Sailors' own official site or the game's App Store and Google Play listings — those are run by the people who can actually see your account.
